Kevin Jones Construction is exceptional.
Kevin Jones and his family and people are a welcome reminder of courtesy, service and attention to detail so sadly lacking in 90% of my experiences today.
They are good, kind, straight talking people. Most importantly they have complete confidence in their business model and believe in doing things the right way, within the many regulations Spain has. Regulations more of us ‘foreigners’ should respect in a country where we have a home. And extremely importantly the many companies with a veneer or respectably flouting employment laws, planning and tax rules and guidelines, and using money from the next job to finish the one we gave them.
It could be two years before we are ready to go to phase 2 of our project which is a reform and extension that gives us what we want not what we could build to maximise value or return.
This project is to create a forever home and that needs collaboration, great communication and trust.
While we enjoy ‘Casa Helena’ as is and establish what we really need with a little of what we want, Kevin, Lilly, Daniel and and the rest of the Team have helped with the small repairs and changes that we’ve required.
They’re also great ambassadors for becoming part of the wonderful community and embracing all things Spain.
