This project was a logistical challenge due to its access and elevated position.
Our job was to demolish and remove the old defective swimming pool and design and build a new one, whilst creating a new terrace alongside a newly constructed naya.
We also added a new summer kitchen and w.c. Then above the naya we formed a bigger opening and installed new black aluminium bi folding doors to the newly constructed lounge terrace to be able to fully enjoy the panoramic sea views.
Within the new swimming pool we constructed a shallow sun shelf seating area making the pool more enjoyable. We also fitted a complete new heating system with the jets positioned along its base heating the pool faster and more efficiently. It was finished with a light grey natural marble coronation with cocktail blue moon mosaic. With the combination of these beautiful products this has to one of our favourite pools yet.
Whilst work was underway on the pool we carried out some structural underpinning and damp proof work, reformed two of the dated shower rooms, retiled throughout the first level and installed new stainless steel, glass balustrade to keep that clear open view.
As we worked our way out of the property we removed the old dated crazy paved driveway. We then installed a new surface water drainage system and laid a new anthracite block paved drive way. We added a new raised level garden area with illuminated palm trees and tropical planting giving the property a more contemporary look at the entrance.
