To balance the modern aesthetic with a sense of coziness, we incorporated natural materials throughout the apartment. Warm wood finishes, stone accents, and soft neutral tones create a welcoming atmosphere while enhancing the apartment’s contemporary style. This combination of materials not only adds texture and warmth but also reflects the natural beauty of the Costa Blanca region.
In the living areas, we used open shelving and bespoke cabinetry to maximize storage without cluttering the space. The kitchen was redesigned with sleek, modern fittings, while the bathrooms feature elegant fixtures and high-end finishes to provide a spa-like experience.
A crucial part of the renovation was enhancing the sense of openness. We achieved this by optimizing natural light flow through large windows and using reflective surfaces to brighten the interior.
